All orders are custom-made and require production before shipment. Standard production time is typically 5–15 business days, depending on order size, decoration method (embroidery, DTF, printing), and current workload. Larger or specialty orders may require additional time.

Rush Orders
Rush production may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped through major carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping times vary based on destination and selected shipping method at checkout.

Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. Customers will be notified when orders are ready.

Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Textile Threads is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos (if applicable), and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Custom Orders
Because products are custom-made, shipping timelines may vary. We recommend ordering early for events, businesses, uniforms, or deadlines.
